How important is happy?
It may seem silly
to mention this now
Amidst the gore and
terrible grief everywhere
in the world today
simple-minded me
still believes
Happy is important
for every boy and girl
adults alike
To experience happiness
is God's gift to all of us
Just like being loved
we need it to breathe
